Requirements:

• Maximum 2 years working experience, fresh graduates are very welcome
• Minimum of Bachelor Degree from these major is preferable: Psychology Industrial Engineering, Management, Legal, Information System, Teaching Education & Studies
• Passionate in people & Human Capital Management
• Willing to be placed in all business of Astra Group in Indonesia
• Proficient in English both written and oral
• Have excellent analytical thinking and interpersonal skill
• Dynamic and able to work in a team
