Sejak 15 November 1993, Rumah Sakit Jakarta Medical Center (JMC) memulai operasional dengan hanya luas tanah 1700 m² dengan luas bangunan 1000 m² dan saat ini memiliki luas tanah 6000 m² dengan luas bangunan 5000 m² yang masih akan terus berkembang mengikuti permintaan pasien yang semakin bertambah jumlahnya.
Dalam hal kelengkapan, Rumah Sakit JMC juga memiliki fasilitas pemeriksaan penunjang dan ruang perawatan yang representative untuk pasien dan keluarganya serta didukung oleh para dokter spesialis dari berbagai disiplin ilmu.
