Poke Theory is a fast food-first concept serving up modern poke bowls, acai bowls & coldpressed juices. Founded by sibling duo, Joey & Vannessa Lee in July 2016, the well-loved brand now has 6, soon to be 8, stores in sunny Singapore. The brand opened its first international store in Surabaya, Indonesia in August 2019 and are slated to open another in Bali in 2020.

As of September 2019, Poke Theory became part of the Commonwealth Capital brand portfolio. Still run closely by its sibling founders, the Poke Theory team remains tiny but mighty, and have bright eyes for expansion beyond borders.
