Lowongan Pekerjaan Assistant Director of Sales - Event

Requirement:

• Experience in similar position at 4 or 5 star hotel
• In depth knowledge of sales principles and techniques
• Strong knowledge of hospitality products, rates, sales programs, sales strategy, sales plan and yield management
• Familiar with budgets, sales reports, targets and market segments
• Able to develop new potential business sources and has wide network within the industry
• Result oriented, hard worker, good attitude & personality
• Good communication skills and able to lead a team
• Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
• Must be fluent in English with great communication skills, both written and verbal
