Blue Sky Group's history dates back to 1973 as Blue Sky Hotel in Balikpapan. As one of the first hotels in the city, we are now a nationwide company focusing in diverse sectors, primarily in hospitality; Hotel, Airport Lounge, Residence, Café & Restaurant.

Our mission to be the best hospitality provider in South East Asia becomes our value and goal. Through our commitment and continuous innovation, we are proud to have been entrusted with many local and international awards.

Designed and built as a one star hotel, Blue Sky Hotel is erected in the exact date of September 23, 1973. Through hard work, perserverance and blessings from above, the property is awarded to become a two star hotel in the year of 1989, a three star hotel in 1995, and lastly a four star hotel in 2004.

The journey from a single hotel establishment into a group managing diverse business sectors began in the late 90s. Blue Sky Group is entrusted to manage Pertamina Golf Club House, Airport Cafe, Airport Lounge and at the same time, opened doors to other opportunities such as Cafe & Restaurant, Residential Services, Marine Engineering Services, Labour Supply Services, Crane & Maintenance Services and many more. Now, the presence of Blue Sky Group is almost in all major cities throughout the country.  

Blue Sky Group berdiri sejak tahun 1973 dan berkantor pusat di Balikpapan. Kami salah satu pelaku industry hospitality dalam pengelola  hotel berbintang 4 dan 3 dan Airport Lounge di Indonesia. Kami medefinisikan konsep hotel ( standard dan semi standard) dari cara tradisional, menjadi modern dan bergaya muktahir pada konsep makanan dan minuman dan hotel design. Sedangkan konsep Airport Lounge  bertaraf Internasional dalam mengedepankan pelayanan serta interior yang nyaman dan futuristik. Sebagai operator dan pengelola kami sangat fokus tertuju pada bagaimana caranya memaksimalkan pendapatan, mengatur keuangan yang efisien dan cukup tanpa merugikan kepuasan pelanggan atau ekspetasi tentang brand kami.
