All made from scratch! Burns is a modem contemporary restaurant in Jakarta, Indonesia, established in 2019 by Chef Andros Gunawan. It offers modern European cuisine made with locally sourced and artisan ingredients, accompanied by a selection of boutique wines and handcrafted cocktails.
At Burns, the menu focuses on utilizing locally grown and the freshest seasonal products to create dishes that are meaningful and respectful of nature while also being contemporary and refined.
Chef Andros chose our name after years of thoughtful corisideration. "Burns" represents those little burnt bits on ingredients that add a bold flavor to the dish itself. Throughout his culinary journey, he adores crafting imaginative and daring dishes that leave a lasting impression on our diners.
