Wahju Prijo Djatmiko adalah seorang pengacara. Ia lulusan dari University of Wales di Aberystwyth, Wales, UK dan dari Strathclyde Graduate Bussines School, Glasgow, Scotland, UK. Pernah menjadi dosen di program MM Universitas Airlangga, Surabaya dan Program MM Universitas Hasanuddin, Ujung Pandang. Menyelesaikan pendidikan program Doktor Ilmu Hukum Pidana di PDIH-FH Universitas Diponegoro, Semarang.
