The recreational facilities in this hotel are provided free of charge to guests according to hotel rules and regulations. Each facility carries an inherent risk of bodily injury and the hotel provides safety instructions and equipment which may not be adequate or suitable. It is the responsibility of every guest to assess suitability of each facility, adequacy of safety procedures and equipment, and to consider and accept all possible risks. The hotel is NOT responsible in any way for any accident, injury or any other consequence whatsoever to the user. The management reserves the right to deny usage of its facilities to any guest at any time or to invalidate any vouchers given.

Our restaurant serves only halal cuisine. We do not serve alcoholic beverages at our restaurant and room minibars. The consumption of alcoholic beverages at public areas including the lobby, restaurant, ballroom and pool terrace is strictly prohibited. However, guests are allowed to consume their own alcoholic beverages in the privacy of their rooms. Cigarettes and cigars are not sold at our restaurant. We also do not serve vegetarian and vegan meals.

Smoking is only allowed in the balconies of every room. Smoking in the bedrooms is strictly prohibited and can trigger the smoke alarm. Smoking is not allowed in all public areas in this hotel including the restaurant, poolside terrace and outdoor recreation area except for in designated smoking areas.

Check-in time starts from 3.00 PM. Request for room next to each other, opposite one another, connecting rooms, specific rooms, specific view or specific floor is subjected to availability upon checking in and will certainly results in much delay in check-in time beyond 3.00 PM. Early check-in depends on room availability and readiness.
