Fudgy Bronie & cookie producer that gonna make you #FUDGEDUP real good - Brownie, Ice Cream & Shakes! Fudgybro starts with a humble beginning from our owner who always been a sweet tooth and a big fan of brownie. At first, He doesn’t even have any idea about how to create brownie. Then one day, he binge-watched an international creator who ate a fudgy brownie and he impulsively want to have some fudgy brownie too. But surprisingly, he can’t find Fudgy Brownie shops in Jakarta. One day he tried to make his own fudgy brownie by searching for a recipe on Youtube, but somehow after copying the recipe the brownie fails. So he added some improvement and try to create his own recipe and it tastes so DANG GOOD! So he started to serve his friend this brownie, and everyone loves it and started to share it on the social media. Then..the rest is history. Strangers started to order the brownie & now Fudgybro has grown into 6 outlets in Jakarta and Surabaya.

Fudgy brownies sendiri adalah jenis brownies yang bertekstur lembut dan lembab. Kelembutannya ini disebabkan oleh rasio gula dan cokelat yang lebih banyak dari pada tepung. Hal ini membuat rasa dari fudgy brownies terasa lebih lezat dan bertekstur lembut. Selain itu, fudgy brownies mengandung lebih sedikit air, dan lebih banyak lemak. Hal ini membuatnya semakin empuk.
