Berdiri pada tahun 1951, PT Halliburton Indonesia adalah perusahaan penyedia jasa layanan energi dan pengeboran minyak, gas bumi, dan geothermal (panas bumi) dengan kantor pusat berlokasi di area Kecamatan Pasar Minggu Kota Jakarta Selatan Provinsi DKI Jakarta.

Halliburton Indonesia merupakan bagian dari perusahaan asal Amerika Serikat, Halliburton Company (berdiri sejak 1919), yang beroperasi sebagai kontraktor jasa untuk mendukung kegiatan eksplorasi dan produksi.

Kehadiran Halliburton di Indonesia terus berkembang yang fokus bergerak di sektor hulu (upstream) industri energi dengan menyediakan layanan di berbagai sektor seperti di sektor teknologi pengeboran &evaluasi, Halliburton Indonesia menyediakan peralatan dan keahlian untuk pengeboran sumur migas dan panas bumi.
