A sequencing service based in the Faculty of Biology Universitas Gadjah Mada! The Integrated Genome Factory (IGF) provides DNA and RNA sequencing services on state of the art Next-Generation Sequencing platforms. For current Services, we provided 3 types of service based on Whole Genome (WGS), Targeted, and Custom Sequencing.

The Integrated Genome Factory (IGF) provides DNA and RNA sequencing services based on NGS platform. For collaborators, we perform library preparation and sequencing from a variety of biological and clinical samples for research purposes. We also offer workshops and internship program for students and researchers who want to build competencies in the NGS library preparation and related bioinformatics analysis.
