Audit Staff

Job Description

  • Conduct audit checks at the head office in accordance with the audit program
  • Follow up on the results of the central audit (administrative and fraud findings)
  • Making audit reports

Qualification

  • Bachelor / Master of Accounting
  • Maximum age 27 years
  • Have 1-2 years of work experience
  • Mastering Microsoft Excel
  • Able to act fast, passionate in researching and finding cases
  • Able to work with a team and have good communication
  • Able to make SOP improvements
  • Willing to be placed at the Head Office, West Jakarta

IT Auditor

Job Descriptions:

  • Have knowledge of information technology
  • Plan and conduct audits of information technology security controls and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Having the ability to improve SOP
  • Cooperate with other departments such as risk management or the internal audit unit to forward compliance issues for investigation
  • Provide regular reports in accordance with the results of the examination
  • Monitoring and conducting audit recommendations according to the predetermined target date
  • Designing various guidelines, policies and regulations related to information security technology based on the application of ISO 27001
  • Review the implementation of ISO 27001 periodically

Qualifications:

  • Age 25-35 years
  • Bachelor / Master of Information System / Informatics Engineering
  • Minimum 4 years work experience in a finance / banking company
  • Having knowledge related to IT programming database management, IT Network and system auditing

Personal & Payroll

Job Description:

  • Prepare & process new employee, existing & resign (A-Z) data
  • Processing employee benefits: medical, BPJS and others
  • Updating employee records
  • Tax DTP and BPJS reporting
  • Communication with branches

Qualification:

  • Age 25-30 years
  • Bachelor of Accounting / Management / IT
  • Min. 2 year work experience as HC-BP in a finance / banking company
  • Having knowledge related to compensations and benefit & payroll
  • Able to calculate PPH21
  • Accustomed to using the payroll system / program, Edabu, E-SPT
  • Able to operate MS Excel (expert: Vlookup / Hlookup, etc)
  • Have good communication and presentation skills (friendly)
  • Accustomed to working with deadlines, fast and precise
  • Willing to be placed in Head Office, West Jakarta

Business Risk & SysDur

Job Description:

  • Implement a risk management frame work
  • Establishment and design of processes
  • Calculation of financial rating based on applicable accounting standards
  • Preparation of data and risk profile analysis reports and monthly / annual reports
  • Dissemination and implementation of risk management
  • Establishment of operational systems and procedures

Qualification:

  • Age 25-30 years
  • Bachelor/ Master of Mathematics / Statistics / Informatics Engineering / Finance
  • At leasr have 3-5 years of experience in industrial finance
  • Prioritized having experience as a Supervisor / Coordinator specifically in Banking / Financial
  • Mastering data processing software (Ms. Excel, SPSS, SySQL, VBS, SQL, PHP & other statistical software)
  • Able to compile a good report
  • Collect & Data Processing
  • Able to work under pressure and willing to overtime (if needed)
  • Communicative, disciplined, thorough, honest and responsible
  • Willing to be placed in Head Office, West Jakarta
