Admin Legal

Job Description:

  1. Responsible for managing company documents related to cooperation agreements and legal contact
  2. Review legal contact, cooperation agreements and other legal documents related to the company's project
  3. Manage company legality documents and any administrative documents or company licensing bureaucracy and monitor validation
  4. Assist in the filling and organization of legal documents (soft/hard copy)
  5. Managing work related to the administration
  6. Assist the operational activities of the Legal team in providing support to the management team, business units, and other functions in the company

Requirements:

  • Preferably S1 Law Graduates and have a minimum 1-2 years of work experiences / Freshgraduate are welcome
  • Tech Savvy and accustomed to using Ms. Office
  • Able to work individually or in teams, communicate well, and have a high desire to learn
  • Have more attention to detail and work meticulously
  • Knowing about HAKI, the basis of the legal requirements of an agreement, and company regulation well becomes a plus
