Assembly Production Supervisor

Requirement

• Male
• D3/S1 with any major from reputable university
• Minimum 30 years-old
• Understand and able to implement the Toyota Production System (TPS)
• At least 3 years working experience in the related field (Assembly)
• Able to speak English or Japanese is preferable
• Able to make manpower plan and production management
• Able to manage the work of subordinates & the existence of manpower
• Supervise the work of subordinates in accordance with standard operating procedures
• Report abnormal occurrences to management (Bad News First)
• Able to find abnormal conditions and observe the work of subordinates
• Comply with the established process standards
• Be responsible for problems that occur
• Good communication, team work, highly motivated, and fast learner
• Computer literate for Microsoft Office
• Willing to be placed in Industrial Estate MM2100, Bekasi
