We are a Japanese PMA company located in Cikarang, Bekasi - West Java. We are looking and invite for millennials candidate who are energetic, highly motivated, and broad-minded in improvement of digital transformation & carbon neutral. We currently require the following positions:

ASSEMBLY PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Requirement

• Male
• D3/S1 Majoring Industrial Engineering (Reputable university)
• Age maximum 30 years old
• Can speak English or Japanese (Preferred)
• Working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Can make manpower plan and production management
• Can manage the work of subordinates & manage the existence of manpower
• Supervise the work of subordinates in accordance with standard operating procedures
• Report abnormal occurrences to management (bad news first)
• Able to find abnormal conditions and Observing the work of subordinates
• Comply with the established process standards
• Can be responsible for problems that occur
• Good communication, team work, highly motivated, and fast learning
• Computer literate for Microsoft Office (Ms. Excel)
• Ready to be placed in Industrial Estate MM2100, Bekasi
