GENERAL AFFAIR STAFF
REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Experience minimum 1 years as a general affair is preferred
  • Familiar with Google Docs & Excel
  • Having the ability to drive a car is preferred
  • Through and familiar with administration

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  1. Transportation and accommodation management
  2. Management of office facilities and supplies
  3. Performing general administration
  4. Maintenance of workplace security and cleanliness
  5. Managing office inventory

PURCHASING STAFF
REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in a related field
  • Experience as a Purchasing in a Manufacture Company is an added value
  • Familiar with Google Docs & Excel
  • Familiar with using SAP is an added value
  • Fluence in English
  • Placement in Sidoarjo - East Java

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  1. Sourcing and negotiation with new suppliers and vendors
  2. Established sound relationships with suppliers, ensure lead times are met and expedite outstanding orders
  3. Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals
  4. Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items and reordering supplies and stock as necessary
  5. Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock
