HSE Manager for Smelter

OVERVIEW

• Responsible for managing, evaluating, controlling and recommending health, safety & environmental aspect (including hygiene) in the company. Develop best practices to reduce or remove potential hazards, and execute an effective workplace health and safety management system to avoid the risks of irreversible accidents.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in K3 or related field
• More than 12 years of working experience in HSE
• More than 2 years of working experience in the same role (HSE Manager)
• Experienced in Smelting Industry is mandatory
• Held SMKP, First Aid, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 certificate will be an advantage
• Good analytical skills, outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Leadership skills
• Willing to be placed in Kolaka, Southeast Sulawesi on Roster basis
