Improvement Line Production Supervisor

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma's Degree.
• Have management experience in production manufacturing at least 2 years
• Able to optimize the production process.
• Can do Improvement / analysis / Cycle Time experiment during operation
• Have knowledge related to 5S & lean.
• Having ability to operate computer and Ms Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Actively communication in English, both written and speaking.
• Willing to work at Bekasi.

Jobs Description:

1. Cycle time improvement and Improve Line of Business in production process.
2. Improved efficienc like to Analyze and improve the per capita efficiency from three aspects of standard station, working hours and employment and Lean team operation with bottleneck removal and improvement as the cutting point and Staff Optimization.
3. Improve and promote lean layout with weak points as the key task: Optimal layout process involves allocating space and arranging equipment and other physical assets in such a way that the operating costs are minimized and process efficiencies are maximized.
4. Tooling standardization Process: control to ensure the execution of the plan.
5. Quick switch / die change From different machines, different processes and other aspects of rapid mold change project promotion.
6. Talent development: Normal operation of Lean Academy and lean production personnel cultivation.
7. Safety and 55 system improvement.
