JUNIOR ASSOCIATE (JA)
This program is intended for law graduates and equivalent to become professional lawyers in handling litigation and non-litigation cases.

QUALIFICATIONS

Age between 24-30 years old
Bachelors in Law from a reputable Indonesian university, minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
Minimum 3 years experience in legal litigation department
Holder of Active Licence to Practice Law (Kartu Tanda Pengenal Advokat KTPA PERADI)
Has Excellent understanding about UU Informasi & Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE), UU Hak Cipta, UU Perseroan, UU Pidana, UU Perdata
Has: Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Negotiation, Organisational & Analytical Skills
High Commitment to Work; Self Motivated, Self Starter, Strong & Tough, Detail Oriented
Able to travel, work well and stay calm in high pressure working environment
Has Excellent English skills: Fluent in both formal oral & written communication
Has good personality; able to work as a team or as an individual

STAF LEGAL SPECIALIST (SLS)
This program is intended for law graduates to become corporate legal professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Law from a reputable university
Min 5 years of experience in legal advisory or corporate legal roles
Strong knowledge of Business Law and Legal Agreement Review
Excellent Legal Advisory and Analytical Thinking to assess risks and propose strategic solutions
Effective Negotiation and Communication Skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
Attention to Detail in drafting and reviewing legal documentation
Capable of Conceptual Thinking to interpret legal frameworks and company policies
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Experience dealing with regulatory bodies such as Kemenkumham, Kemenperin, and Kemendag is a plus
Must hold a PERAD license
