Job Description

• As a Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery. You will manage sales performance, monitor merchandise and display standards, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. This role also involves leading and motivating the team to achieve targets, fostering a collaborative work environment, and maintaining clear and professional business communication both internally and externally

Requirements

• College degree or above
• +5 years of experience as an Sales Advisor, preferably in Sales / Retail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (at least MS Excel and MS Word)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong administrative skills
• Candidates with experience in electronics and FMCG sales are preferred
• English speakers are preferred
• LOCATION: BANDUNG
