Training, Recruitment, And HR Management! INTRIAS MANDIRI SEJATI, PT (IMS) were established in Jakarta on December, 10 2001 focusing in providing and managing outsource of manpower. Currently handling +15,000 outsource employees in various positions that spreads all over Indonesia assigned in many industries with majority client in Banking and Insurance. Head Office in Jakarta and supporting by 24 Branches in Indonesia, our 5.571 Outsource Employees which assigned in our 116 Clients, managed by our experienced professional team.

As our mission and vision are “Outsource employee is Our Asset”, we believe through Outsourcing Staff, we can expand the role of outsourcing company in Indonesia, improving human resources to become more qualified and productive to support operational of the Clients, and the Clients will be more focus in the development of their main business.
