MONITORING & EVALUATION OFFICER
DENPASAR, INDONESIA

MDPI is seeking an M&E Officer to bolster the organization's capacity to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of its programs and activities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to MDPI's mission by assessing impact and driving program enhancement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oversee the development and implementation of MDPI's M&E strategies and plans.
2. Collaborate with program teams to align and integrate M&E into project design, planning, and execution, and with field teams to capture impactful highlights.
3. Oversee the collection of relevant, accurate qualitative and quantitative data to assess project progress and outcomes.
4. Utilize appropriate tools and methodologies to analyze collected data, identifying accomplishments and challenges to inform program enhancements.
5. Effectively share project successes, lessons learned, and best practices to facilitate knowledge exchange and dissemination.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences, development studies, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of two years' experience in designing and implementing M&E frameworks within a nonprofit, foundation, development agency, or related sector.
• Advanced analytical skills and the ability to effectively present quantitative and qualitative data to diverse stakeholders and audiences.
• Full professional proficiency in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
