Finance Internship
Job Description:

  1. Recapitulation of invoice exchange receipts online.
  2. Photocopy and scan documents
  3. Recapitulation of the tax invoice receipt.
  4. Recapitulation of treasury payment documents.
  5. Inter-function document correspondent (tax, accounting, & treasury).

Requirements:

  • Majoring in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
  • Preferably in final semester
  • No professional work experience is required
  • Proficient in Ms office
  • good communication skill.
  • Discipline, responsible and pay attention to details.
  • Min. internship period is 6 months
  • Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera

HR Recruitment Internship
Job Description :

  1. Responsible for recruitment administration.
  2. Maintain employee database.
  3. In charge of CV screening, scheduling candidate's psychological test, interviewing candidates, scheduling candidate's interview with users, hiring new employees.
  4. Design poster for job vacancies and human resources program/events.

Requirements:

  • Majoring in Psychology, Human Resouces Management or equivalent.
  • Final semester students.
  • Interested in Recruitment.
  • Get used to recruitment tools.
  • Having a design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Corel draw, etc) is a must.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Willing to work 5 days a week and minimum for 3 months.
  • Able to work both individually and in teams.
  • Willing to work in Karawang.

Payroll Supervisor
Job Description:

  1. To process payroll monthly for employees regular payment and irregular payment (THR, incentive) as scheduled, by calculating income, tax & social securities by government or private sector.
  2. To handle employee Personal Tax and company report related to government include Tax Form, reconcile, checking, payment and reporting monthly and annually.
  3. To plan and define schedule of payroll process and payment implementation (regular or irregular payment) within the scope.
  4. To reconcile headcount, wages and other income data (such overtime, incentives) between employee database or hard copies and Payroll System including to log and report any payroll cases.
  5. To enhance process, procedures and system, do cost analysis for proposing efficient and effective processes and control improvement.
  6. To solve any tax and social security claims/cases and report the trend of cases logged.
  7. To ensure wages payroll physical documentations are managed and filed properly in a confidential manner and place for around 10 years as required by government tax institution. Etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from accounting, finance or from any related background
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience handling payroll or remuneration calculation, Indonesian Income Tax (PPh 21)
  • Updated with latest government remuneration regulation and income tax
  • A full understanding of how the HRIS software operates and which functions it integrates with.
  • Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and good knowledge of databases
  • Have excellent integrity, communication skill, and able to give attention on detail.
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang - Jawa Barat

Procurement Staff
Job Description:

  1. Checking all supported documents in accordance with quality procedure and Import regulations..
  2. Responsible for internal and external administration of import documents.
  3. Coordinate with Warehouse Departement to determine delivery schedule.
  4. Tracking purchase orders and suppliers delivery schedules. - Directly coordinate with Customs and Excise Department and Forwarder to managing import document.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree, in Economic/ Business or equivalent.
  • At least 1 years working experience in Purchasing Departement. Have experience in import purchasing will be an advantage.
  • Have a knowledge about import regulations.
  • Fluent in english is a must.
  • Excellent administration skit.
  • Willing to be placed at Karawang/Tangerang
