Production Team Leader
Job Description:

Responsible for managing and supervising production operations. This role ensures safe, efficient, and reliable production performance while upholding strict safety and environmental standards. The Production Team Leader will oversee daily activities, lead the production team, and coordinate with other departments to achieve operational excellence

Requirements:

Diploma in Engineering / Science (minimum)
Minimum 10 years of experience in oil & gas production or petrochemical facility
At least 3 years in supervisory / managerial role within similar facilities
Proven experience in Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Work Permit Risk Assessment, or equivalent risk assessment methods (hazard identification, control measures, residual risk evaluation)
Trained in emergency response and/or active participation in plant emergency drills (evacuation, shutdown, isolation, zero energy)
Strong leadership, communication, and safety management skills

Control Room Technician
Job Description:

Responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing plant operations. This role ensures safe, reliable, and efficient operations by coordinating with field personnel and maintaining compliance with established safety standards. The CRT plays a key role in managing production performance and responding to operational changes or emergencies

Requirements:

Diploma or higher in Engineering / Science
5+ years' operational experience in oil & gas or petrochemical production
3+ years as Control Room Technician (CRT); experience with DCS Yokogawa preferred
Preferably holds valid SIO (Disnaker / Migas) for boiler operation
Skilled in Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Work Permit Risk Assessment, or equivalent
Strong technical, safety, and problem-solving skills

Maintenance Team Leader
Job Description:

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage a multidisciplinary maintenance team while upholding strict safety and environmental standards

Requirements:

Diploma in Engineering / Science (minimum); or Senior Technical High School with 15+ years relevant experience
Minimum 10 years' experience in oil & gas production or petrochemical facility
At least 3 years in supervisory / managerial role leading a maintenance team
Experience in Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Work Permit Risk Assessment, or equivalent safety practices
Demonstrated capability using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for corrective maintenance involving multi-discipline teams and spare parts
Strong leadership, technical problem-solving, and commitment to safety standards

Maintenance Specialist (Electrical)
Job Description:

Responsible for maintaining the reliability, safety, and efficiency of electrical systems. Key duties include developing maintenance procedures, troubleshooting equipment, supporting turnaround / outage activities, managing spare parts, and conducting risk assessments. The role also ensures compliance with safety standards through close collaboration with operations, engineering, and HSSE teams

Requirements:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering (minimum)
10+ years of experience in oil & gas production or petrochemical facility
Proven experience in project or turnaround / outage activities
Skilled in developing maintenance procedures, identifying spare parts, and troubleshooting plant / equipment (with documented experience in each area)
Experienced in Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Work Permit Risk Assessment, or equivalent risk assessment methods (activities, hazard, control, residual risk)

Maintenance Specialist (Instrumental & Control)
Job Description:

Responsible for maintaining the reliability and safety of instrument and control systems. Key tasks include developing maintenance procedures, identifying spare parts, troubleshooting, supporting turnaround / outage activities, and participating in risk assessments to ensure safe and continuous operations

Requirements:

Diploma in Instrument / Electrical Engineering or Engineering Physics (minimum)
10+ years of experience in oil & gas production or petrochemical facility
Proven experience in project or turnaround / outage activities
Skilled in developing maintenance procedures, identifying spare parts, and troubleshooting plant / equipment (with documented experience in each area)
Experienced in Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Work Permit Risk Assessment, or equivalent risk assessment methods (activities, hazard, control, residual risk)
Strong technical expertise in instrumentation & control systems, with focus on reliability and safety

Engineer (Process)
Job Description:

Responsible for ensuring safe and efficient plant operations by developing procedures, troubleshooting processes, and supporting turnaround / outage activities. The role also involves hazard identification, mitigation, and participation in risk assessments to ensure compliance with HSSE standards

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (minimum), with prior experience as Process Engineer
5+ years of experience in oil & gas production or petrochemical facility
Minimum 1 year experience as Lead Engineer
Proven involvement in project or turnaround / outage activities (documented experience required)
Skilled in developing operational / maintenance procedures, plant troubleshooting, and hazard identification & mitigation (with documented examples)
Experienced in Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Work Permit Risk Assessment, or equivalent risk assessment methods (activities, hazards, controls, residual risks)

Engineer (Mechanical Rotating)
Job Description:

Responsible for maintaining and optimizing rotating equipment reliability. Key duties include developing procedures, troubleshooting mechanical systems, supporting turnaround / outage activities, and conducting hazard identification and risk assessments to ensure safe, continuous operations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (minimum), with prior experience as Mechanical-Rotating Engineer
5+ years of experience in oil & gas production or petrochemical facility
Minimum 1 year experience as Lead Engineer
Proven involvement in project or turnaround / outage activities (documented experience required)
Skilled in developing operational / maintenance procedures, plant troubleshooting, and hazard identification & mitigation (with documented examples)
Experienced in Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Work Permit Risk Assessment, or equivalent risk assessment methods (activities, hazards, controls, residual risks)

Maintenance Planner
Job Description:

Responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure safe and reliable operations. This includes using CMMS for work order management, coordinating multi-discipline teams, and ensuring timely availability of spare parts and resources

Requirements:

Diploma in Engineering / Science (minimum)
5+ years of experience in oil & gas production or petrochemical facility
At least 3 years of proven experience as a Maintenance Planner
Skilled in planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities
Demonstrated capability using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for corrective maintenance order job closing involving multi-discipline teams and spare parts
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

HSSE Lead
Job Description:

Responsible to ensure safe and compliant operations. The role includes leading hazard analyses, risk assessments, and incident investigations, implementing corrective actions, supporting emergency response, and promoting a strong safety culture in line with regulations and company policies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related HSSE field (minimum)
10+ years of experience in oil & gas or petrochemical facility, including at least 6 years in HSSE
Minimum 3 years in supervisory/managerial role in HSSE
Valid AK3 Umum certification (mandatory)
Documented experience in leading hazard analysis and risk assessments (HAZID, HAZOP, JSA, TRA, What-if, Bowtie), covering scope, methods, hazards, controls, and residual risks
Proven experience in leading or participating in incident investigations, including evidence gathering, root cause analysis, reporting, and corrective / preventive action planning
Strong leadership, communication, and safety management skills
