Section Head QC

Responsibilities :

1. Ensuring correct quality incoming raw material
2. In process inspection
3. Finish good inspection
4. Ensure product quality in compliane to OA requirement
5. Analyze and discuss with production team to improve quality standard
6. Coordination with PPIC and Production for fast disposal
7. Ensure no delay because of QC
8. Man power management
9. Provide feedback of defect
10. Maintenance of measuring instrument
11. Calibration of measuring instrument
12. Monthly Quality Summary
13. Training to subordinates

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree from Metalurgy
• Proficiency in English both spoken & written
• Having min 5 years working experience in other steel company at various level in QC/QA/R&D process control
• A highly motivated person and have leadership skill, fast leaner, positive attitude, disciplined, good team work and able to work under pressure
