Shipping & Commercial Coordinator

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or commercial roles in the coal mining industry
Strong knowledge of Indonesian export regulations and customs clearance procedures
Familiarity with shipping platforms such as ssmekspor.insw.go.id and stevedoring.ptb.co.id
Experience in working with surveyors, vessel agents etc
Ability to handle multiple shipments and ensure seamless coordination
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and shipping management systems
Experience in coal mining and familiarity with maritime logistics
Prior experience handling Letter of Credit (LC) transactions
Knowledge of export taxation and financial settlement in coal trading
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high-volume shipments
