REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/CERTIFICATION

Conduct thorough inspections of structures, including examining various components such as foundations, beams, columns, and connections.
Ensure that all construction works are performed in strict accordance with the plans and specifications.
Review shop drawings, inspection requests, method statements, and other submissions from contractors.
Maintain detailed records of inspections, findings, and any deficiencies discovered.
Prepare inspection reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
Provide consultation to architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders regarding structural design, construction techniques, and remediation of structural issues.
Assess potential risks associated with structural deficiencies and recommend measures to mitigate these risks.
Be involved in quality assurance processes during construction to ensure that structures are built according to approved plans and specifications.
Conduct thorough inspections of structural components, including platforms, pipelines, tanks, and support structures.
Evaluate the condition of existing structures, identifying any signs of wear, corrosion, fatigue, or other forms of deterioration.
Use various non-destructive testing (NDT) methods such as ultrasonic testing, radiographic testing, magnetic particle testing, and visual inspections.
Ensure all structures comply with industry standards, codes, and regulations, including API (American Petroleum Institute) standards, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations, and other relevant guidelines.
Prepare and maintain inspection records, reports, and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Prepare detailed inspection reports outlining findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
Document any defects, deficiencies, or safety hazards, and recommend necessary repairs or modifications.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and maintenance activities.
