Talent Acquisition Officer (Head Office)

Responsibilities

1. End-to-end recruitment process for staff level in head office and branches all around Indonesia, in a scope of sourcing, conduct interview, scheduling interviews, remuneration, offering & negotiation, and onboarding process
2. Coordinate with users regarding recruitment process
3. Coordinate with vendors related to hiring needs (job platform, psychological test, etc)
4. Ad-Hoc projects and administrations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology or relevant field
• Min. 2 years working experience in handling end-to-end recruitment. Previous experience in banking / financial industry will be a plus point
• Willing to Work from Office (WFO) in Pancoran, South Jakarta
• Can join immediately
