Internship

UPSTREAM BIOPROCESS ENGINEER
Requirements

• Active student from life-science major (biotechnology/ biology/ bioprocess/ biochemistry/ bioengineering/ biomedicine)
• Have basic understanding of aseptic technique, mammalian cell culture, filtration and sterilization
• Basic knowledge and understanding of cGMP is a plus
• Good communication skills, especially in English
• Proactive and eager to learn
• Willing to work at Cikarang for 6 months period

Job Description

1. Support daily routine production activities
2. Support drug substance batch production mainly in upstream related process
3. May involved in production projects to optimize cost, improve quality or yield of product
4. Perform other tasks given by direct superior, include document-related work

DOWNSTREAM BIOPROCESS ENGINEER
Requirements

• Active student from life-science major (blotechnology/ biology/ bioprocess/ biochemistry/ bioengineering/ biomedicine)
• Have basic understanding of aseptic technique, liquid chromatography, ultrafiltration diafiltration, and sterilization
• Basic knowledge and understanding of cGMP is a plus
• Good communication skills, especially in English
• Proactive and eager to learn
• Willing to work at Cikarang for 6 months period

Job Description

1. Support daily routine production activities
2. Support drug substance batch production mainly in dowhstream related process

R&D - PROCESS & TECHNICAL SUPPORT DRUG PRODUCT
Requirements

• Active Student from majoring in Industrial Engineering/ Management/ any related major
• Good communication, especially in English
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and digital skills
• Good skills in operating Microsoft Office
• Knowing the concept of Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• Willing to WFO at Cikarang for 6 months period

Job Description

1. Design and implement a Supply Chain Management System and Supply Chain Visualization
2. Support other technical activities of Technical Support Drug Product

COMPUTER SYSTEM VALIDATION (CSV)
Requirements

• Active student from Informatics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Pharmacy
• Good communication skills, especially in English
• Strong analytical thinking and detail-oriented,
• Familiar with PowerBI and PowerApps
• Pro-active and eager to learn
• Willing to WFO at Cikarang for 6 months period

Job Description

1. Develop applications on PowerApps or Automate to improve qualification & validation management
2. Support computerized system validation for production & laboratory facilities (including spreadsheets, SCADA, and PLC-based software)
3. Perform, additional tasks assigned by the QA (Quality Assurance) team to ensure smooth operations

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING
Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting / Management/ any related field
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and reconciliation tasks
• Ability to use Excel for financial data processing and analysis
• Good communication skills for working within the team
• Willing to WFO at Cikarang for 6 months period

Job Description

1. Support the finance team in preparing financial statements and reports (balance sheets, income statements, etc.)
2. Input financial data into the system and perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy
3. Help manage invoices, payments, and documentation
4. Perform additional tasks assigned by the finance team to ensure smooth financial operations
