Job Description

Requirements:

• Experienced in heavy transportation projects with SPMT;
• Ability to drive and repair the SPMT;
• Execute the verification before use and precautionary maintenance;
• Respect the safety rules concerning the use of engines;
• Familiar with maintenance and troubleshooting diesel engines;
• Familiar with maintenance and troubleshooting hydraulic system;
• Experienced in same field at least 2-3 year as mechanic or maintenance engineer;
• Able to speak English communication in 2 (two) way.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for SPMT and for all works executed with the SPMT;
• Responsible for the daily and weekly control and maintenance of the SPMT;
• Maintain and operate equipment according to company policies, procedures and operation profile/plan;
• Report faults and execute necessary repairs;
• Together with the SPMT person incharge responsible for the heavy transports;
• Able to recondition, overhaul and sub-assembly engine and auxiliary equipment components;
• Carry out inspections of all mechanical and hydraulic equipment and take corrective actions when needed;
• Being able to comply with all safety regulations;
• Ensure the working area, machines, auxiliary equipments and tools are kept in good and clean condition;
• Create work reports according to guidelines;
• Perform the daily, weekly, monthly, minor and major overhauling works according to schedule.
