Menerima laporan dari bawahan tentang kondisi pabrik
Bekerja sama dengan tim untuk pemecahan masalah Refinery
Menjadi mediator antara bawahan dengan Atasan Langsung

Requirements:

Male
Age 20 – 30 years old
Holding the Diploma/Bachelor degree from notable university overseas (outside of Indonesia)
Fluent in using English or Mandarin (spoken/written)
Possessing great sense of interest in palm oil market
Previous working experiences in the similar/related field will be prioritized
A cooperative team player and easy to direct
Capable of working under deadlines/pressures
Location of work: Medan, North Sumatra
