Panbil Group is a project development, comprising 200 hectars of prime land on BatamIsland. It is a state of the art, completely integrated and self-contained industrial township concept specially created to enable the investor to make the very most of their investment in Batam, Indonesia.

Panbil Group has expanded strongly into a diverse portfolio that includes Luxury Residential Property, Commercial Property, Tourism, Utilities Production, Building & Construction Materials, and Raw Resource Production and Management.

Panbil Group is a local national company based in Batam Island, and has won national and international trust. With the initial core business in the construction sector, PT. Harapan Jaya Sentosa (HJS) as the forerunner of Panbil Group was founded by Johanes Kennedy and Mahdian in 1989, then began to expand in the Developer sector, by opening the Regency Park Commercial Area - Pelita Batam.

In line with the rapid development of Batam as an economic center in the western region of Indonesia, in 2001 Panbil Group began to open an Integrated Business Zone covering an area of 200 ha in Muka Kuning - Batam. This area consists of an Industrial Park, a Commercial Area, and one of the pioneers of high end housing in Batam. , Villa Panbil, which was later completed with the construction of Hotels and Apartments.

More than 30 years since the establishment of the first company, currently Panbil Group has approximately 12 companies that are developing in the Riau Islands Province and nationally, in various sectors, especially in the fields of Developer, Energy, Mining, Tourism, Retail and Construction.
