PT AISIN Indonesia is a renowned automotive manufacturer that specializes in producing various essential components such as Clutch Cover, Clutch Disc, Door Lock, Door Frame, Door Hinge, Door Handle, Hood Lock, Hybrid Damper, Intake Manifold, and Cover Head Cylinder. Our company is dedicated to delivering high-quality products that contribute to the comfort and safety of drivers. HISTORY
After ten years of cooperation between PT Dharma Sarana Perdana (DSP) and AISIN Seiki Co., Ltd – in the form of technical assistance – the Company had definitely set a solid foundation and foothold in the automotive component manufacturing industry in Indonesia. The next breakthrough was to consolidate and strengthen this cooperation in the form of the Joint Venture Agreement signed between PT Astra Otoparts Tbk - shareholder of DSP - Aisin Seiki Japan on May 10, 1995. The Joint Venture was officially launched during a ceremony on September 3, 1996. Thus, by Joint Venture Agreement above, DSP was changed to PT AISIN Indonesia (AII). This merging led to new practices adapted with local culture, which are the Aisatsu (Greeting), 3S, Anzen (Safety), and San Gen Shugi.

After rising from the crisis of 1998, PT AISIN Indonesia then aims to go “From Local to Global” by applying good production system that allows for the development of new technologies and products, which are: the Door Lock, Intake Manifold, Cylinder Head Cover, Door Frame, Clutch Cover, and Clutch Disc.

As PT AISIN Indonesia grows, competition and demand also intensify, thus the Company must expand in terms of organization and actual space. In 2014, PT AISIN Indonesia founded its subsidiaries: PT AISIN Indonesia Automotive (AIIA) and PT ADVICS Manufacturing Indonesia. Meanwhile, the ground breaking for the Karawang plant was on January 22, 2014. AIIA’s initial production commenced on October 2014. In general AIIA started with two product types: body part and casting parts. For body parts, there were the Handle and Power Sliding Door; while in terms of casting parts there were Oil Pump, Water Pump, Timing Chain Cover, and Oil Pan products

PT AISIN Indonesia celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2016 with the slogan "Growing Together for a Better Future." This celebration served as a momentum to renew the working spirit, enabling PT AISIN Indonesia to remain competitive amidst the intense market competition.
