Berdiri pada tahun 2010, PT Bangun Minanga Lestari (BML Property) adalah perusahaan pengembang properti (real estate) dengan kantor pusat berlokasi di area Kecamatan Malalayang Kota Manado Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. BML Property berfokus pada penyediaan hunian berkualitas dengan spesialisasi perumahan komersial dan rumah bersubsidi (FLPP) di wilayah Sulawesi Utara, seperti area Manado, Tomohon, dan Minahasa.

BML Property telah mengembangkan berbagai kawasan perumahan, di antaranya Griya Sea Lestari (Tahap 1-5), Griya Bangun Tomohon Lestari, Griya Warembungan Lestari, Griya Sawangan Lestari dan Griya Mapanget Lestari.
