We are one of the most experienced energy business partner in Indonesia – working with the foremost nations’s energy producing companies in Indonesia to provide drilling and well services since 1983. By aligning each effort and every activity with safety, people, performance, price and environmental protection, we fuel our customers needs with proper equipments, outstanding safety performance and integrated system, to continuously improve our services assurance. To the energy sector, Bormindo’s performance stands for integrity, reliability and safety best practice.

Currently employ more than 600 personnel alongside a vast productive capacity exceeding a total of 14 onshore rigs; Bormindo possess a solid experiences in servicing major oil & gas as well as geothermal producers in Indonesia, such as: PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia (previously PT Caltex Pacific Indonesia), PT Geo Dipa Energi, BWP Meruap, Sarulla Operations Ltd., PERTAMINA, Texcal Mahato Ltd., and VICO Indonesia.

Bormindo was acquired by Ancora Group in 2007, with goals to be able to bring the company to new heights of quality and growth and become a world class provider in drilling and work-over services. Ancora Group, as the controlling shareholder, is listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange with the stock code OKAS. As recently as 2023, the shareholders are Ancora (60% ownership) alongside various foreign financial investors (totaling of 40% shares).
