Established as a home industry namely CV Pranoto with the trade name Campina. CV Pranoto was founded by Darmo Hadipranoto on July 22, 1972 on Jalan Gembong Sawah Surabaya, which is also Darmo Hadipranoto’s private residence.

As business development progressed, Campina expanded by opening a Production Facility in the SIER Area, Surabaya, East Java in 1982.

1994: Changed the company’s status from Firm (CV) to Limited Liability Company (PT). With the name of PT Campina Ice Cream Industry.

2017: The company made an initial public offering and listed on December 19th, 2017, Indonesia Stock Exchange Jakarta with the ticker code CAMP.
