Our journey began on April 8, 1997 PT Cipta Kridatama (CK) stand firmly as the extension of PT Trakindo Utama’s heavy equipment rental service.

In 2002, we established our business direction into an integrated mining service “from mine to port” as mining industry in Indonesia growing rapidly.

2010 marked our company historical moment as CK merged with ABM Investama Group. PT ABM Investama Tbk, is a strategic investment company in energy sector, energy service and infrastructure. ABM Investama is also integrated with Tiara Marga Trakindo (TMT), one of Indonesia’s largest business groups with more than 40 years of experience in heavy equipment industry.

Through this breakthrough, the Group has brought excellent synergy of a large business network, from heavy equipment sales and services, investment company in diversified business, one-stop-shop financing to an integrated energy company . With significant cooperation, CK has now become one of the leading mining service companies with an integrated end-to-end system.
