Berdiri pada tanggal 8 Oktober 1996, PT. Erajaya Swasembada, Tbk (ERAA) adalah perusahaan distributor dan pengecer (retailer) perangkat telekomunikasi, teknologi, serta gaya hidup yang berkantor pusat di area Kecamatan Tambora Kota Jakarta Barat Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Erajaya fokus mengelola berbagai jaringan ritel ternama di tanah air seperti Erafone, iBox, dan juga Urban Republic.

Resmi melantai di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) sejak 14 Desember 2011 dengan kode saham ERAA, Erajaya telah menjalin kemitraan strategis dengan merek global terkemuka seperti Apple, Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, dan Garmin.

Erajaya Group distributes and retails mobile communication products such as handset, smartphone, tablet, SIM card, voucher, accessories, other ancillary devices and services. The Group has strong partnerships with most international mobile brand principals and national mobile phone operators. The mobile phones are supplied by recognized principals such as Acer, Apple, BlackBerry, Dell, HTC, LG, Motorola, Nokia, Huawei, Samsung, Sony as well as our own brand, Venera. Our mobile operator partners include Axis, Esia, Excelcomindo, Indosat, and Telkomsel amongst others. The Group’s network covers all major Indonesian markets, including the more established markets of the islands of Java, Sumatra and Bali and the emerging markets in East Indonesia, including, among others, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, and Papua.

Established in 1996, PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk. (“Erajaya”) has grown beyond an integrated mobile telecommunication device importer, distributor and retailer, where the Company is also acknowledged as the largest and most trusted companies in its business in Indonesia.

Currently, Erajaya engages in the distribution and retail of mobile telecommunication devices, such as mobile phones and tablets, subscriber identity module card (SIM Card), mobile network operator voucher top-up, accessories, Internet of Things (IoT) devices and Google Play Card voucher. In addition, the Company also offers Value Added Services, such as mobile phones protection services through TecProtec and handset leasing service in colaboration with credible multifinance companies in Indonesia.
