PT. Garuda Mitra Sejati is a developer company of The Rich Jogja Hotel, Jogja City Mall, Sleman City Hall and Top Malioboro Hotel. Established at 2010, PT. Garuda Mitra Sejati or also called PT. GMS aims to be part of economic and tourism development at Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta especially.

Starting with The Rich Jogja Hotel at 2011, PT. GMS not only engaged in the hospitality sector. Expand to Retail Business, PT. GMS expanding the company by built Jogja City Mall at 2012 that connected with Tower The Rich Jogja Hotel which has more than 500 rooms.

Continuosly developing the company, PT. GMS rises the newest Shopping Mall at Yogyakarta which named Sleman City Hall. Officially opens at June 21st, 2019, Sleman City Hall is the only one Convex Mall at Yogyakarta. After Sleman City Hall, PT. GMS fastly added a new hotel named Top Malioboro Hotel which located at city center of Yogyakarta.
