HISTORY

• 1975 ~ 1976 : The plant was built by PT ZASTAM MOTOR INDONESIA
• 1976 ~ 1980’s : The plant was used to assemble “NISSAN CAR”
• 1993 : The plant was purchased by PT TRICITRA KARYA
• 1993 ~ End of 1994 : The plant was rejuvenated by PT TRICITRA KARYA
• May 1995 : Production process of HYUNDAI CARS were started
• 2000 ~ 2020 The name was changed from PT Tricitra Karya to PT HYUNDAI INDONESIA MOTOR
• Nov 2nd, 2020 ~ Now: The name was changed from PT Hyundai Indonesia Motor to PT HANDAL INDONESIA MOTOR
