The company was founded by Mr. Otniel Lolo, ST, I.WE & Ms. Monica Maria Kumontoy S.Ikom since 2023. The business has owned over 10 different sectors, including Real Estate Developer, Office Building, Shopping Malls, Hotels, Apartments, Recreation, Education, Health Centre, Agriculture. The main business of the Company is to scale up housing developers with a construction principle to build life with the three main values, which are Integrity, Professionalism, and Entrepreneurship. These values ensure a sustainable development for the people, communities, and nations. Untill now PT. Miel Property International had finish more than 15 building construction projects ( real estate & apartement ) around Indonesia. And have a mission to develop villa & real estate in Bali. PT. Miel Property International dibentuk pada tahun 2003 oleh Mr. Otniel Lolo S.T, I.WE dan Ms. Monica Maria Kumontoy, S.Ilkom. Perusahaan Kontraktor bangunan, Oil and Gas, dan  supplyer. Memiliki 10 sektor bisnis yaitu developer hunian rumah subsidi – non subsidi, villa, gedung perkantoran, gedung perbelanjaan, hotel, apartemen, tempat wisata, gedung sekolah, rumah sakit, dan pabrik. saat ini perusahaan sedang berfokus pada pengembangan lahan untuk dibangun hunian rumah / perumahan dan villa diBali. dan memiliki prinsip dalam bekerja yaitu komitmen dan ketekunan didalam menjalankan bisnis.
