Nirvana Development is Indonesia’s fastest growing lease retail developer. We develop, operate and own various shopping malls across Indonesia’s young and upstart cities. We are here for the long term and thus we pay thorough attention to planning, development and operation of our assets.
Through our iconic project such as Cirebon’s CSB Mall, The Park Solo, and various shopping malls under the Citimall brand, Nirvana Development enhances commerce in Indonesia’s young and upstart cities.
Nirvana Development is listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange under the ticker NIRO (Reuters: NIRO.JK, Bloomberg: NIRO IJ). Nirvana Development has been a member of Indonesian Stock Exchange since 2012.
In April 2015, our subsidiary Nirvana Wastu Pratama (NWP) entered into a strategic joint venture with Warburg Pincus, a global private equity firm who has a proven track record in the consumer and retail sector. NWP aims to scale quickly and to benefit from Indonesia’s long-term economic growth and emerging middle class.
