PARADIGM was created after two (2) years of effort between Peggy Putri and H. Clay Myers. We initially launched Coffee Connection to provide a relaxed atmosphere for business professionals to network, exchange ideas and enjoy the company of colleagues. As the network grew, we realized we could have a greater impact by sharing our expertise; thus, PARADIGM was founded.

We help our clients reached its full potential with life skills. The foundation of the course is Professional English and Communication, such as Leadership, Personal Branding, Business Etiquette, Service Excellence and Story Telling, that are not found in many conventional educational systems. PARADIGM has been making impact to more than 4000+ of our training and coaching participants.

We are proud that, as we enter our fifth year, we are steadily growing into one of the leaders in professional development, training and coaching in Indonesia. Our offline and online infrastructure continues to evolve, as we focus on answering the demands of Industry 4.0 and taking education in Indonesia to a higher level.

PARADIGM didirikan pada 2016 oleh H. Clay Myers dan Peggy Putri melalui inisiasi ‘Coffee Connection’, perkumpulan para profesional bisnis dalam berjejaring, berbagi sumber daya, bertukar ide, serta menikmati kebersamaan dengan kolega.

Setelah dua tahun menjalankan inisiatif sejak 2014, keduanya mengambil langkah yang lebih besar dan membangun PARADIGM, penyedia jasa training and coaching serta pembinaan pengembangan profesional, fokus pada Kepemimpinan dan Pengembangan Komunikasi yang mengarah pada Pelayanan Unggul.

Apa yang membuat PARADIGM unik? Kami selalu mencoba untuk berpegang pada tiga nilai utama: education, respect dan commitment.
