COMPANY OVERVIEW

Kota Deltamas located in Cikarang Pusat, Bekasi and can be reached easily by direct toll at Cikarang Timur at Jakarta – Cikampek highway KM 37. Kota Deltamas is a joint venture company between Sinar Mas and Sojitz with total land area 3000 ha. Now Kota Deltamas is build to be a self sustained city with a ‘Regional Center’ vision which has all the necessary facility, such as: (1). ‘Government Center’ Bekasi government center (2). ‘Education Center’ will all education facility such as ITB (in process), Delta Gading International School, Pangudi Luhur School and Fajar Hidayah (3). ‘Central Business District’ are mix used of Office and Business Complex 200 ha which will be called ‘Deltamas Circle’ (4). ‘Commercial Center’ shops houses which already filled by business activity such as restaurant and offices and modern market (5). ‘Industrial Center’ we have industry area called “Greenland” (6). ‘Recreational/Entertainment Center’ 64 Ha, with a recreation Leisure Park and edutainment concept which will support the children intelligence.

Beroperasi sejak 2002, PT Pembangunan Deltamas merupakan anak perusahaan PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (99,90 persen), yang berbisnis sebagai pengembang perumahan serta pemilik Hotel Le Premier di kawasan Kota Deltamas. Pada tahun 2008, PT Pembangunan Deltamas telah resmi menjadi anak perusahaan dari PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS). PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk ialah perusahaan berkantor pusat di Jakarta yang menjalankan kegiatan usahanya di bidang properti.
