PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) atau biasa disingkat PTPN4 mengelola dan Mengembangkan Agro Industri berbasis tebu serta diversifikasi usaha untuk memberi nilai tambah melalui pemanfaatan sumber daya yang berwawasan lingkungan.

PTPN IV is a State-Owned Enterprise that works in the agroindustry business field. PTPN IV works on plantation and commodity processing for Palm Oil and tea that covers area and plant processing, seed plantation and produce plant maintenance, commodity processing into basic materials for various industries, commodity marketing and other supporting activities.

PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV post restructuring action or often referred to as PalmCo is a Subholding of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) with a main commodity of palm oil and was formed through the merger of PTPN V, VI and XIII into PTPN IV as a surviving entity, as well as the separation of impure PTPN III (Persero) into PTPN IV. Effectively merged on December 1, 2023 as stated in the Deed of Merger Number 01 dated December 1, 2023 made before Nanda Fauz Iwan, SH, M.Kn., Notary in South Jakarta and has received proof of receipt of notification of the Company's merger based on the Letter of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number AHU-AH.01.03-0149887 dated December 1, 2023 concerning Receipt of Notification of the Company's Merger.
