PT Radana Bhaskara Finance Tbk yang tergabung dalam group Trakindo dan Orangtua. Kami merupakan perusahaan Multi Finance yang terkemuka di bidang pembiayaan otomotif. Telah memiliki cabang-cabang yang tersebar di Jawa & Sumatera serta terus berekspansi hingga keseluruh Indonesia. PT Radana Bhaskara Finance Tbk (Radana Finance) was first established under the name PT Indonesia Lease Corporation (Indo Lease) on September 20, 1972. The Company has changed its name several times, in 1988 PT. Mitra Pradityatama Leasing, later became PT Niaga Leasing Corporation in 1995, in 2000 changed to PT Niaga Leasing, to PT Niaga Indovest Finance in 2001, and again changed its name to PT HD Finance in 2005.
In 2011, PT HD Finance conducted a public offering of shares Initial Public Offering (IPO) and listing its shares on the Stock Exchange Indonesia with HDFA code. In 2013 PT Tiara Marga Trakindo became controlling shareholder of the Company. Then, in 2014 PT HD Finance Tbk again changed its name to PT Radana Bhaskara Finance Tbk. In 2015 the Company cerried out PMHMETD I. Furthermore In 2019, Rubicon Investments Holding Pte Ltd ("Rubicon") became a controlling shareholder of Radana Finance. Then in 2021, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders approved the addition of capital through the mechanism of Capital Increase Without Pre-emptive Rights (PMTHMETD) of a maximum of 10% of the issued and paid-up capital of the Company. On November 26, 2021, 445,473,000 new shares have been issued. The composition of Radana Finance's shareholders is as follows:
- Rubicon Investments Holding Pte Ltd : 55.23%,
- PT Tiara Marga Trakindo : 37.15%,
- Public : 7.62%
Radana Finance is one of the financing companies in Indonesia in the consumer financing sector such as motorcycles and multipurpose financing. Then since 2020, the Company's business focus has shifted to the productive financing sector and focuses on offering Asset Based Finance (ABF) and Factoring with two types of financing that customers can choose, namely conventional and sharia.
