PT. Sejahtera Eka Graha adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang Properti (Real Estate yang disewa atau dimiliki sendiri), Pariwisata dan Perhotelan, beberapa jenis usaha dibawah manajemen PT. Sejahtera Eka Graha sebagai berikut:

• Sport Klub Bogor Raya (Gym/Fitness Center, Swimming Pool, Lapangan Basket, Tenis, Footsal)
• Klub Bogor Raya (Penyewaan Banquet / Ballroom - Wedding, Gathering, Meeting, etc)
• Gazebo Cafe
• Bogor Heritage Ecopark (Pembangunan Apartemen)

Bogor Heritage ECOPARK
Bogor Heritage Ecopark is an agglomeration region, located in the heart of Bogor City. This Region is developed under PT. Sejahtera Eka Graha, a company operates under The Ministry of Finance of The Republic of Indonesia (96.53% shares) and PT. (Persero) SaranaMultigriya Financial (3.47%).

Along within 86 Hectares area and in progress of expanding another 15 Hectares, this agglomeration is going forward by building skyrise up to 70 meters. Under our masterplan, we are going to build 12 towers of apartments, shopping Mall closed by Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Area and 2 Hotels. Furthermore we will also build 5000 m2 Heritage Walk where residences, tenants and visitors will enjoy the façade of Bogor City while staying in our region.

Further to our development, we also had prepared land of 6 Hectares for water treatment systems in form of a lake. This lake will becoming new destination area in Bogor since it is equipped with water park that is surrounding by jogging track and the green trees.
