Berdiri pada tahun 1969, PT. Sinar Galaxy adalah perusahaan pengembang properti di balik kawasan Galaxy Mall dan area Dharmahusada / Kertajaya Indah di Surabaya dengan kantor pusat berlokasi di area Kecamatan Sukolilo Kota Surabaya Provinsi Jawa Timur.
Perusahaan ini merupakan bagian dari Sinar Galaxy Group yang portofolionya mencakup kawasan perumahan elite, properti komersial, dan pusat perbelanjaan.
Sinar Galaxy juga turut memelopori pembangunan pasar grosir skala besar di proyek Pasar Turi Baru Surabaya dengan kapasitas ribuan toko untuk mendukung ekonomi lokal.
