PT. Surya Nusantara Sentosa is an automotive services company that focuses on developing the skills of the people they hire. The company began with good intentions as part of its recruitment process. Staff come from rural areas with underprivileged or orphaned backgrounds who took mechanical engineering with an automotive focus as their major. As a result, the company has a highly motivated staff who want a better life and to upgrade their family condition. The company started the business by opening 10 branches in Sulawesi in the first six months of the year and plans to expand up to 13 branches.
