Dimulai dari pabrik susu rumahan pada tahun 1958 di Bandung - Jawa Barat PT Ultrajaya berkembang, hingga selanjutnya di tahun 1971 PT Ultrajaya melebarkan sayap bisnisnya menjadi PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company. Tak hanya sebagai pelopor, PT Ultrajaya pun masih unggul diantara produsen susu segar alami dan minuman ringan untuk seluruh konsumen Indonesia dengan beberapa varian brandnya, seperti UltraMilk untuk produk susu segarnya, Teh Kotak untuk minuman teh segarnya, dan Sari Kacang Ijo, Sari Asem Asli untuk produk minuman sehatnya. Dan tak ketinggalan beberapa produk minuman ringannya yang diproduksi khusus untuk pasar eksport.

Our Mother brand, Ultra Milk, has been able to maintain its leadership in the Liquid Milk Segment over a long period, just as Teh Kotak in the RTD tea-in-carton segment.
